Kit includes 4 Roll in 10-32 Thread T-Nuts, 4 3/8 Aluminum Spacers, and 4 10-32 SS 3/4" Machine Screws.  Installation is a snap, roll the T-Nut into the track, insert a spacer above the T-nut in the cutout in the plastic, and tighten the screw to secure your gear.  It is possible to adjust anchor location by loosening the screen enough to slide the assembly in the linear tracks.
